Ulsan Culture & Arts Center is an arts center located in Dal-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, South Korea. Construction of the building began in 1990 and the center opened on 5 October 1995. The museum was previously named the Jonghap Culture & Arts Center but was renamed in 1997.

Ulsan Culture Art Center is a representative performance hall of Ulsan, providing various types of performances. It has multiple performance halls and exhibition halls as well as restaurant, children playground and more.
